# B3ta - A scientific explanation
(, Thu 24 Jan 2002, 9:14, archived)
# I thought
we just flipped out and photoshopped stuff?

# Well,
Very little is known about the link from The B3ta lobe to The Medula Photoshopus, so possibly this is where the appearance of 'just flipping out' comes from.
Also, the link is acting at a very high speed across a very short distance so it is possible that random quantum events have an effect on the overall process. This may result in the b3tan only being able to know half of the information about the photoshop task they are trying to do. i.e. they know what they are photoshopping, but not why OR they know why they are photosopping but not what.

# It is quite
close to the temporal lobe, which explains an awful lot. Actually, many b3ta photoshopped images display symptoms of temporal lobe epilepsy (hallucinagenic effects, religious significance etc...) So perhaps this disorder is connected with the presence of the b3ta lobe...

# So where is
the part of the b3tan brain associated with making really bad puns?
