I searched for flan, the pic was called flan and looked like a slice of the other desserts titled 'flan'. I am satisfied from my investigations that it is indeed a flan.

While it is spelled almost the same, the pronunciation of Flan is different from Clan or Klan. It rhymes with faun. Just being anal retentive, that's all...
