# threadjack:
how much should i spend if i want a graphics tablet that is worthwile getting (not shit)

i.e. are the £30 ones as shit as you would expect?

and having never used one, are they worthwhile? can you 'draw' with them as easily as you can on paper etc. or would i be better off with a really spiffing mouse?

yes i know i this is not the place wheres the picture www.howmuchshouldispendonagraphicstabletthatisnotshit.com cheers

# I see you are still obsessed
You cannot escape the smashin' orangey bit.

Anything by Wacom is the dogs bollocks. They used to do a nice cheapo one called Graphire. Not sure if they still do.

# so what can you do with it?
does it greatly enhance your photoshopping experience?

i was hoping to be able to do comics straight on to my pc rather than scanning etc. -
can you draw like you would on paper?

# I ordered
Photoshop Elements off Amazon.co.uk the other day for about 80 quid or something, and it comes with a Wacom graphics tablet and mouse and some other shite. The tablet is about 40 quid on its own I think.

I can let you know how it goes it you like?
