wellthis is just 4 frames but it could have been done with two !
choose a background layer , add some motion blur , add your car/bike/whatever , then what I did for the next frame was just flip the background layer horizontally , if you've no reference points to give you the impression of motion in the background you can always add them as another layer

ohand mess about with the frame timings to get the best impression of speed , these were .5 seconds a frame I think
