I think

Freeserve will let anyone have 30MB of space, but members (like me) get 5 30MB accounts. Could be wrong though. They also have a wee sitebuilder thingie (which I dropped after 2 minutes and stuck a web server on my own box)

I used them before I had broadband and then couldn't access the account.
