I hate getting stuck......behind a 40 mph driver on single track roads.
When it's a 60 mph road that occasionally drops down to 30, they will continuosly drive at 40 mph.
I don't understand that - they obviously are not trying to be safe and not trying to be dangerous. They are just trying to be wankers.

Yes Yes Yes!Bunch of gits. What's worse is when it's a road like the one I go on to work - wide enough for two cars and they insist on driving in the middle and slamming on the brakes and stopping in the middle whenever something else comes in the other direction! Then they go and drive at 40 past the local school at the time when kids are crossing the road. Gits.
