a buddy of mine is a real nut and has the rarely-heard-of CD-ROM edition (I've seen this thing) which has a boatload of extras (albeit in tiny postage stamp mid 90's mpeg-o-vision)
he was gutted with the DVD as the bit where the Chauffer gets caned and sings the sinatra song cuts out before you see him fall flat on his face at the end.
