crop a GIF69 file? Or do i have 2 resize all the original frames?

your graphics program should be able to just crop the whole thing all at once, or resize it or whatever

and microsoft GIF animator to link them all

# you can fiddle about with it in imageready
i made it a lot smaller, cropped it a bit and cut out half the frames to get it 153k:

but it isn't half as splendid as the original

will resize the entire anim.

I know that Gimp will do it for you.
