if i was a microsoft manuel i would do thistrouble shoot
#1. check all the connections
#2. make sure you have an Isp
#3. If you are still experiencing problems delete everything on your c:/ drive and start over
#4. if the problem persists contact tech support at www.microsoft.com
#5. hide in your closet an chant 'I want out' 100 times then go to #6
#6. open the closet door
#7. shut the door again
#8. repeat from #5 until your sane again
