# Teehehe
Thats good!

He's dancing to Unkle

(side note)
Remember having a conversation a while back about secret codes for Tannoy systems in shops and stuff?

I was in Tesco earlier and they said something like 'All staff, we have a code 99'

Apparently that means bomb scare? Glad I was on my way out

# I'll clarify
..as I sadly work for Tesco on the CSD.

Code 99 is security alert.

Lamens terms, it's usally used when someone's pinching something and trying to do a runner. That call usually triggers staff to run to the entrance(s), and be on the alert/support security staff (i.e. if they were being attacked).

It's a pretty general call, and some stores use different things as people have become used to what it means ;)

And to clarify, a bomb scare isn't announced on the tannoy at all, as even staff (not involved) wouldn't know. The only time they would announce it is if they decided it was serious enough to evacuate, in which case they'd use a "security alert, please evacuate the store" announcement.

I'll shut up and lurk again now :-$
