well, i can't beat any stories already here,but i did see one ghost, at least i was convinced of it at the time. i was at a concert (godspeed you black emperor) in this very old hall, which used to be a dance hall until about 20 (?) years ago. so it's a lovely place, with massively creaky floors and huge columns and the like. there was a girl that walked by me many times, very close, who never made a sound, (and everyone else in the place made the floor creak) and was dressed all in white in clothes straight from the 30s. her hair was styled in that fashion and she looked at me, and emanated weird light. i asked everyone i was with if they had seen her, and none of them had, even though they were standing next to me the whole show..
