still haven't got ny head round Image ready , personally I make the frames up in photoshop then whack em together using uLead gif animator

you could do that in image ready too, just make each "frame" a layer, and flickerbook them on and off

more fun, and more powerful, when you use the layers properly though... hehe

it's a very good packge but now I'm getting used to IR especially as it works seamless with Photoshop.
just to demonstrate this is what I just did.
