wellim getting my 1meg with eclipse and their automated system is ok as i have friends who have ordered via it and got it installed 10 days later....

The system I mean is with an ISP placing an order with BT for a line upgrade or regrade, it's the same for all ISPs.It sounds like you got the new trial 50:1 package (32.99 - the 20:1 was a lottt more expensive).
