I went back to Newportfor a visit a few years ago. They'd built a bypass / overpass type thing,
and on the wall of one of the ramps up to a bridge, which was about 12 billion tons of concrete were the words
'The speed of light is proportional to mass'
Which I thought was pretty good, for Newport.
