that question made me find www.dadsarmy.com - seems the entire site is made up of images. Even the big texty sections are huge images.
edit - ah, there is some html text in there. Still spendidly incompetent web design though!

I used to have a German collegue who had a map of europe pinned over his desk, with dad's army style arrow flags - which I thoght was quite entertaining of him.
