# i'll never understand
why people refuse to actually read what the faq says, and claim that they have looked at the faq even though they looked at the page, and the answer they wanted wasn't automatically up at the top, so closed it again

just cause i read it doesnt mean i remembered, or even that i comprehended what it said in the first place. see post a bit further down to realise that i am falling to bits it is quite clear. thats why i ended up in this place....
