but don't over do itotherwise you'll have to balance all the spoons out with forks, and then balance the forks out with plums, and then balance the plums out with grapes and so on.

yesits a delicate situation. you could be there for weeks trying to get the right balance. Also, for added variety, try adding a few snippings from random wartime-era recipe books
