Infact, better than fair, you want to learn yourself. I always respect that, as that is how I have lernt.
To be honist, I haven't done anything real in flash for about a year (except the cock off animiation).
At what point does it animate, are the months clickable, and does the mouse do it on an action, or just when the thing loads up for the first time.

the months are in a line - you can click and drag each horizontally only.
when a month "hits" another month they begin to animate swapping places - they adjust to different length months so are not snapping to a specific area.
you can then click a button that tells you which are in the right order.

Sorry mate, I thought you just needed the mouse to come along and swap the two.
Its something to do with Motion Paths and Action Scripting though, there should be loads of examples somewhere on there.
