When you say noise I take you mean Quantum Fluctation- being as Quantum Physics seems to be the presiding order of things thesedays, then even an atom is not just an atom it is much more than that. I love the subject but I've never studied it, I read a book called Shrodiger's Cat or something like that and that was very informative.
