Thanks ...*bugger* ... I really have *no* idea what's gone wrong here then. It can't be firewalls (we've turned them off) it can't be a poisoned DNS entry (the IP you got matches ours) and it's not the hosting people (or at least not obviously them) and through my ISP I can see everything except that one site (even other sites hosted by them).
It's not like we're getting a refusal, it's just not connecting.
Any ideas?
