?

# it's got veeeery little
to do with Jesus, and a great big squirrel of a lot to do with money and showing how great we are by giving a better present than anyone else. however, it does promote SOME good christian stylee things... family, love etc. like kittymeowmeow said, it'd be nicer if these things were taken into account all year, but i think it does do some good. and i like many pagan things, such as christmas trees and mince pies, which are fabbity, and i won't hear a word against them!

# hurrah for you not
being very christian then :) Shirley family, love etc have bog-all to do with christianity and more to do with families who - *gasp* - like each other. Yay!

Oh, swift edit, to me xmas is double stress 'cos we're *expected* to do the family entertainment shite at the same time every year.....that we do quite a few other times during said year, but that's not xmas. Why should it be a special day when we have the parents and/or friends round? Why not like most other times when we have 'em round because we're social types......

Sorry, that turned into a rant :/

# well, they have to do with that too
but they are very christian too. i'm pretty new to this whole business, and not promoting it massively well. but it's great knowing you're loved all year round by someone who's even nicer than your sister. God, i mean. in case you were confused. as i am starting to be, slightly
