Shotgun: Get a straw and put it in the bottle, leaving the small end outside, and bend it around the neck. Then put the neck of the bottle in your mouth, so that the end of the small-end of the straw is outside your mouth. This allows air to get into the bottle and therefore stopping a vacume forming. You can do the whole bottle in about 5 seconeds, and I have seem someone do it in 2. It does take a couple of goes not to make a mess though, and it makes your eyes water. but blimmy, it's good.
