The person sitting opposite me - A PROFESSIONAL SUB-EDITOR - has just asked me to help out with their computer because "everything I type is coming out in caps". Yes. That'll be because you've got caps lock on but thought it was easier to ask someone else to sort it out than to actually look, you fuckwit.
