# I had that (+2) then traded it in for a +3.
What a waste of time that was...

# +3 was the disk drive
didnt they go bust shortly after releasing the +3?

# no
it was an amstrad product - and they're still around.

selling such fantastic products as the amstrad email phone.

# Seeing as there was bugger all available on disk,
I would think so. Only half of our software bundle ever worked, anyway. We had it changed about 3 times and then resorted to the old plug-in tape deck!

# i had my plug in tape deck one up until a couple of years ago
(it had little rubber keys on the keyboard)

until my parents decided to give it to my cousins.

i've never forgiven them

# The little rubber keyboard ones were fantastic.
I now regret selling the +3 for £40 in, ooh, 1996 (with Multiface3). Turned out the dodgy video connection (which I fixed by jamming a Rubik's Snake between the Multiface and the Video Connection only needed a little soldering to fix properly. Pah!

# i've got one of those
£1 from a carboot sale.

It's sitting on my shelf doing bugger all at the moment.

Oh, and it has a tape in it saying "Fun To Learn"
