step 1: find image of suffering, preferably graphic and upsetting

step 2: take pre cut quo pic from meme kit and paste on with no attempt at subtlety

step 3: post it

and hated it even more once people lost sight ofthe fact that the joke was them laughing at suffering and just shopped them into every pic
