My choice is that people shouldn't kill each otherI think most people would agree that that view is enforcable when it comes to killing adults.
I'm not saying that abortion should be banned outright, for many of the problems you have outlined. But it is something I'd rather didn't happen if it is at all avoidable.
Plus saying it will still happen even if it's illegal applies to any crime you can think of. Maybe we should also legalise armed robbery.
