# yep, best buy right now. quite cheap actually

nVidia's new GeForce Ultra 6800 scores better though as far a i'm concerned. but it's very expensive. not sure it's worth it

# the only issue i have with my card
is that the tv tuner is not HD compliant... other than that it's an amazing card.

# i suspect a separate tv-card is the thing to go for
if you want stability/performance/etc/blabla. Hauppage or something..

# i love the integrated one in my card
but if i want to go with high def i will have to wait for the next generation of AIW cards i think... i honestly think that my AIW 9600 pro is one of the greatest components i have ever had in a computer

# i've never had a AIW.
i have a GeForce 4200 which i'm quite pleased with. recently a mounted a passive Zahlman heatsink onto it and now my comp is sort of silent :)

# that's cool
my computer sounds like a fighter jet firing up when i turn it on... i'm so used to the sound of the fans in it that if i turn it off i can't sleep

# i'm the complete opposite
i'm very sensitive to noises when I sleep, even those i'm used to. so my computer goes off or i'll use earplugs.
if i could afford it i'd go for water cooling just to get it noiseless (HD and stuff will makes sound though....)
