Anyone have any idea as to why someone might not be able to connect to b3ta at all from home? i've tried suggesting 4rthur as a portal and jelly.b3ta.com

she was able to connect yesterday but for some reason she's unable to connect to the site at all right now...

her ISP is verizon, if that might have something to do with it...
