# defragment yr hard drive
(, Sat 8 May 2004, 14:50, archived)
# err...
how do i do that?
(, Sat 8 May 2004, 14:52, archived)
# From the start menu:
start - all programs - accessories - system tools - disk defragmenter - defragment (don't bother analysing it)

You should go offline, close all programs and it will take anything from 2 to 10 minutes - the longer it takes, the more spazzed your drive was.

I do it once a week, and it seems to keep everything flowing freely

# When a doctor
has no idea what's up with somebody, he/she says "Get plenty of rest and relaxation".

When somebody has no idea what's up with a computer they say "Run scandisk and defrag the hard drive".

Buy D-FRAG, the miracle cure for everything.

(10 MINUTES!!!! You are joking right?)
