# err crap you say?
it's quite good - and over 50,000 people on the imbd give it over 8 out of ten..

so you must know crap people.

# no disrespect to girls...

# err nope.

# ok ok :S
It's only a joke...

# Mr Darkedge,
are you having an unhappy day today?

# Watch it.
I liked it. My manly boyfriend liked it. I particularly liked the muchos muchos fighting, rather than the girly romantic bits (of which there was about half an hour).

Watch it and like it, or die :)

# Maybe someday...
I did wanna see it, but no one else wanted to see it.
and I can't afford to buy anything at the moment :(

# Ahhh the wonder of rental.
Still, it is pretty long, and you have to concentrate to follow the storyline (well I did ;) so maybe save it for a quiet rainy Sinday afternoon.

# I enjoyed the
story (and the fighting), but some of the wire stunts made me laugh.
(, Mon 9 Sep 2002, 12:28, archived)
# Well yeah, a bit odd,
but the end made me cry. Every time in fact.

I cry even at happy films though :)

# I thought it was crap.
This means I am crap people Boo ;-)
But after several years of watching proper Hong Kong wire-fu stuff, I guess I've just been spoiled. You should hunt down a copy of Fire Dragon (Brigitte Lin). Top class wire-fu.

# I just think
it was aimed to catch a wider audience. So not as trad.

# Yeah, it was made for the mass market.
I do have a deep rooted hatred of Hollywood though. Prefer it low budget, but with energy and feeling. Much like b3ta, in fact
