Those are so well animated!

I've also figured out how to make AnimGIFs play at full speed and not grind IE to a halt.. all I have to do is right click one of them and hit "properties". When I close it, they go full speed...

I've got another one but when I try to save it in ImageReady it crashes. Pesky ImageReady. Bah.

Any idea how else to convert an uncompressed AVI into a gif?
