What you have shown is in fact a form of kokyu nage. Koshi nage is actually a hip throw, more akin to what you might see in Judo.
Although you could argue that due to a penguin's hips being 1cm off the ground, their koshis look like a human's kokyus. :D
No matter - it's still a funny as a funny thing.
