i dont advocate crap graffiti, especially not on war memorials. but compare this

it suddenly becomes much less chav graffiti and much more art. i admit, there is lots of good freehand about. and many crap and poorly placed stencils, but if you compare the ratio of the two stencils pull ahead in the asthetic department.
