It's a 404The server returns a 404 "File Not Found" response, with the image as the body. It's either stunningly clever or annoying and stupid.
I'm not sure it's intentional--IE does permit saving the image (but in .bmp format...wtf?), and Konqueror can't display it at all.
To download it in the original .jpg format, I had to resort to using "curl" (wget gives up when it sees the 404).
