
something's fiddling with the referer header your web-browser sends to web-servers. prime candidates are firewalls, advert-blockers, and other 'privacy-enhancers'. simply keep disabling them one-by-one until you find the one which breaks the internet, then look for the referer-headers-are-evil option in that program and toggle it. (note: you might need to keep clearing your browser cache while testing.)
