Roast chicken filled with stuffing.
Boiled Carrots
Gravy (lovely, just right, used the juices from the chicken)
Potatoes
onions and sweetpotatoes next to the chicken.

I had a large plate.

I cook too well...

Basting, usually yes, this time I just put olive oil on the top.

For added flavour and crispyness at the same time. I put some vegetable boullion power on the chicken. I rubbed it in with the olive oil. C'est tres bien.

The type of oil is: Pilippo BERIO Extra Virgin Olive Oil
