then i think you'll find thet the spider is none other then Steatoda triangulosa.

it is a native UK spider, but is also the only native UK spider that is able to bite you, but don't worry, it's only happened about 5 times in the last 20 years, they're more scared of you. They originaten in the canarie island, but moved here because of the warm climate.
