www.kitty-yo.de lots of audio samples there. Peaches is fantastic, so is Taylor Savvy, Tarwater, Gonzales, Laub, Louie Austin.

I went to a label night in London last year and ended up back in Peaches hotel room with a load of people drinking champagne and chatting and chilling all night. (But I already liked the label before that ;)

but man... oh man, I could tell you a bunch of stories. remind me to when we meet. urgh!

why never drop names to brits? because on such a tiny island filled with internationally famous people it's statistically impossible not to know someone famous, and this fact is dealt with in the typically british way of not mentioning it. If some rude bore does mention what famous people they know or met, the british person will politely try to change the subject. (which is completely different to the american reaction, which is like a very competitive game of mental famous-person trumps).
