I know that there's more to what doctors call "the hmm-hmm" than meets the eye. Either that part of it that you don't normally see is supposed to be curved, or this guy wasn't getting paid enough to lie there in an MRI magnet for 12 hours while they figured out how to image his "hmm-hmm," and it went to sleep.
Or he just wasn't Russian.
