Anyone know how I can cut round a picture of the Quo and paste them into another image in MS Paint or MS Photo Editor?

don't seem to have that. there doesn't seem to be a free-form select in photoeditor nad paint turns all my selections into boxes. Ah well. I'll have to wait 'til I get home
