you could reduce the size by making it about 70% smaller, and dropping the number of colours. 200K isn't too bad though (so long as you've got enough bandwidth :)

TaCheers for the advice, it should be a few K smaller now anyway! As for being registered for ages, yes I have to admit to having been an occasional lurker for ages, but for no apparent reason (except bordem) today I decided to try and figure out what the hell that animation workshop thing was and contribute, hope you like! :)
