orbs are easy to fake when it's raining :)nobody was smoking, there wasn't any fog and the lens was too tiny for mist to produce something like that (one of those 3mm fixed focus ones), other pictures that night didn't have any foggyness like this one

A combination of all above, I would presume.I've achieved the same effects indoors with some spotlights and a dirty lens, as well as numerous "ghost" photographs of my own breath (or exhaled smoke, or fog).
Nothing supernatural about it.
