i can't remember if it was ken hom or ken lo..who used to say... cut the end of the backside of the fish.. it made my mum snigger..
and there was this indian cookery show on bbc2 that was made by the hari krishnas... it was quite homemade looking.. with an american bloke with a shaved head making savoury dishes.. he melted ghee at one point

There's a big photoof Ken Hom on the wall of one of our local stupormarkets. He looks completely insane.
