Being trained to kill is one thingknowing that killing is the ultimately the last thing you should do and should try to defeat your enemy by other methods first is another thing entirely. Knowing when not to kill is more important at the end of the day.
But I cannot put myself in your boots, you must have had a rough time of it in the Gulf and you will obviously be reacting upon a survival instinct rather than some moral code of ethics - but to actually enjoy killing! you really need to see your Army Shrink asap before you carry that through to civilian life.
