I'm sleeping properly for the first time in years

edit: I had a really cool dream on Sunday that I was in the Army (and I'm a pacifist) with my mates and we got captured by Islamic fundamentalists and I helped us all escape after rewiring my mobile phone to act as a tracking device to signal a helicopter but I was the only one who didn't get in the chopper so I had to escape on foot so I hid in a pub until reinforcements arrived

the last dream I can remember was about work. Specifically, looking for a important word document which I couldn't remember where I'd saved it on the office server.
