Yeah I like that album a lotAlthough most Oldfield fans I know say it's new age crap (Rik hates it too I think). Nah I thought the guitar on it was amazing and went well with the synthy stuff. I loved the Voyager album as well. He has some excellent Celtic interpretations. Anyway that's my guff on that. I still say you can't beat his old albums though :D

Voyager is great tooThere are a few things he did which do sound quite hippy-ish, but he has been rather experimental in his time.

Oh God!Amarok is enough to make me jizz hehe. That's a hell of an album. I've sat down many a time trying to work out some of the guitar parts. It's too fecking hard man. That album is incredible. One of the best around in my opinion. Then I could go on about Ommadawn but I digress hehe ;)
