corsets are beautiful and you can wear them appropriately for any occasion, my top 3 are:
1) to win back my boyfriend (now fiance)
2) to said bf's friend's 30th birthday to gain popularity
3) at christmas with family just for the sake of looking pretty


oh, and corset tops are a waste of time unless you buy them as corset covers

but tradtionally they're underwear, and I prefer to work things round my corset, seeing as it's the most expensive component of my outfit, it's a heck of a lot cheaper to make something to go over it than a new corset
