Chuang Tsu is greatbut I tried to read larger sections of The Inner Chapters and it just made me want to smack him. He sometimes took a little too long to get to the point. But reading the selections 'translated' by Thomas Merton was an experience of it's own. Especially the one about the Breath of Nature.

yeah i've heard he's not the best translationbut sadly it's the only i have. I'd love to read it in madarin but only learnt the 'pictive' for moutain, man and inside

no, no, I just meant it's not really a translation from the original ChineseMerton's is the best I've read so far. If you know a better one I'd be eager to check it out, though
