IR wouldn't take AVI very well so I had to save each frame to a directory with Virtual Dub Mod then read them back in with IR.

Virtual Dub does it automatically then IR can import a directory.

but it is sometimes best to just open every other frame or every 5th frame etc - so that it still looks good.
