While we are wishing cancer upon the mods,
perhaps we should also round up all those

Mmm, yeahAnd if you're going to ban gallows humour about uncomfortable, terrifying, possibly fatal medical conditions you'd better hope for robot doctors in the near future. Because all the medics I know would crack up without the off-colour jokes.
[And, while I'm at it, why was this the top item in the BBC news headlines that morning? I know someone who, in a tragedy for her partner and child, died of breast cancer at a younger age than Kylie. It happens. It is not news just because the victim is famous. Except that it is.]
